오늘의 말씀

1 이스라엘 자손들아 여호와의 말씀을 들으라 여호와께서 이 땅 주민과 논쟁하시나니 이 땅에는 진실도 없고 인애도 없고 하나님을 아는 지식도 없고

1 Hear the word of the LORD, you Israelites, because the LORD has a charge to bring against you who live in the land: 'There is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment of God in the land.

2 오직 저주와 속임과 살인과 도둑질과 간음뿐이요 포악하여 피가 피를 뒤이음이라

2 There is only cursing, lying and murder, stealing and adultery; they break all bounds, and bloodshed follows bloodshed.

3 그러므로 이 땅이 슬퍼하며 거기 사는 자와 들짐승과 공중에 나는 새가 다 쇠잔할 것이요 바다의 고기도 없어지리라

3 Because of this the land mourns, and all who live in it waste away; the beasts of the field and the birds of the air and the fish of the sea are dying.

4 그러나 어떤 사람이든지 다투지도 말며 책망하지도 말라 네 백성들이 제사장과 다투는 자처럼 되었음이니라

4 'But let no man bring a charge, let no man accuse another, for your people are like those who bring charges against a priest.

5 너는 낮에 넘어지겠고 너와 함께 있는 선지자는 밤에 넘어지리라 내가 네 어머니를 멸하리라

5 You stumble day and night, and the prophets stumble with you. So I will destroy your mother-

6 내 백성이 지식이 없으므로 망하는도다 네가 지식을 버렸으니 나도 너를 버려 내 제사장이 되지 못하게 할 것이요 네가 네 하나님의 율법을 잊었으니 나도 네 자녀들을 잊어버리리라

6 my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. 'Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.

7 그들은 번성할수록 내게 범죄하니 내가 그들의 영화를 변하여 욕이 되게 하리라

7 The more the priests increased, the more they sinned against me; they exchanged their Glory for something disgraceful.

8 그들이 내 백성의 속죄제물을 먹고 그 마음을 그들의 죄악에 두는도다

8 They feed on the sins of my people and relish their wickedness.

9 장차는 백성이나 제사장이나 동일함이라 내가 그들의 행실대로 벌하며 그들의 행위대로 갚으리라

9 And it will be: Like people, like priests. I will punish both of them for their ways and repay them for their deeds.

10 그들이 먹어도 배부르지 아니하며 음행하여도 수효가 늘지 못하니 이는 여호와를 버리고 따르지 아니하였음이니라

10 'They will eat but not have enough; they will engage in prostitution but not increase, because they have deserted the LORD to give themselves
