Like The World
It tells us how we the Isrealities commited sin by worshipping idols and how they will be punished for their actions. "When you offer your gifts-the sacrifice of your children in the fire-you continue to defile yourselves with your idols all day." The Isrealities respond by saying that the world does the same things. God responds, "You say, We want to be like the nations, like the peoples of the world, who
serve wood and stone."
